2. Overcoming the Trust Deficit: Financial platforms survive on trust. Traders demand crystal-clear insight into funds segregation, regulatory compliance, and deposit security. Our UX objective was to transform absolute security and regulatory copy into visible, interactive confidence.
Proposed Validation Plan
Validate the key hypotheses through moderated task-based sessions, expert walkthroughs, and accessibility checks before measuring product outcomes.
Task-based walkthroughs: Ask representative traders to compare platforms, locate a market, interpret buy/sell information, review fund protection, and complete a funding path. Observe comprehension, hesitation, errors, and confidence—without assuming results in advance.
Qualitative success criteria: Users can explain the platform differences, find a relevant market, understand the next action, and identify fund-protection information at the moment it matters. Quantitative benchmarks should be defined after baseline testing.
